Sheraton Athlone Spa Ranked in European Top 3

Sirana Spa at the Sheraton Athlone Hotel recently reached number two in the ranking of Sheraton Hotel Spas across Europe and the Middle East. This internal ranking is generated by Guest Voice, a live system which records feedback given by guests on Sheraton’s electronic comment cards. All spa guests are invited to rate the spa in terms of treatment satisfaction, cleanliness and overall experience.

The Sirana Spa faces stiff competition from the dozens of other spas in Sheraton properties throughout Europe and the Middle East but has maintained a position in the Top 10 since the introduction of the Guest Voice ranking system over three years ago. Sirana Spa is helping to put Athlone on the map as they beat out competition from spas in major cities in countries such as Russia, Israel, Croatia and the UK, ranking only behind the spa in Sheraton Palace Istanbul.
