We're currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our distinguished team at La Provence Brasserie within the Sheraton Athlone Hotel, part of the Hodson bay Group – Ireland's flagship Sheraton property and a recognised leader in 4-star hospitality excellence.

About the Role

As an Experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor at La Provence Brasserie, you'll be integral to the daily operations of our award-winning brasserie-styled restaurant, which showcases the finest locally sourced produce and connects guests to our unique Lakeland location. Your expertise will help maintain our reputation for exceptional dining experiences whilst leading a dedicated team in the heart of Athlone's vibrant town centre12.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Leading, supervising, and training the Food & Beverage team within our acclaimed brasserie environment
  • Delivering warm, friendly, and professional service to guests enjoying our French, Irish, and international cuisine
  • Supporting daily operational standards including cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with hotel policies (HACCP, cash handling, etc.)
  • Driving sales and upselling opportunities whilst enhancing the dining experience with expertly paired wines4
  • Collaborating with the management team to ensure seamless service and team engagement across our multiple dining outlets.

Who We're Looking For

  • 2+ years' experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality or F&B setting, preferably within a hotel environment
  • A strong team player with the ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy brasserie setting
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude with a natural flair for hospitality and fine dining
  • Excellent communication and people skills with experience in staff training and development
  • A proactive problem-solver who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest service in line with Marriott standards
