We’re currently on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Galway Bay Hotel – one of Ireland’s leading 4-star hotels, celebrated for exceptional service and hospitality.

About the Role:

As Food and Beverage Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. From guiding your team on the floor to ensuring five-star guest experiences, your leadership will help create memorable moments for all who dine with us.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading, supervising, and training the Food & Beverage team.
• Delivering warm, friendly, and professional service to our guests at all times.
• Supporting daily operational standards including cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with hotel policies (HACCP, cash handling, etc.).
• Driving sales and upselling opportunities in a natural, guest-focused manner.
• Collaborating with the management team to ensure seamless service and team engagement.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality or F&B setting (preferred).
• A strong team player with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• An enthusiastic and positive attitude with a natural flair for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• A proactive problem-solver who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest service.
