Colleen is Meeting & Events Co-ordinator for Galway Bay Hotel. Thankfully, Meeting & Events across our hotels plays a big part in our business mix. The ability to understand every customer’s individual needs, the communication of this detail to the hotel operations teams and the delivery of the service to the customer makes for a very busy role for Colleen. The skills required for this role are many, and we look forward to supporting Colleen and her colleagues through the Hodson Bay Management Development Programme.
