This award recognises our commitment as a hospitality group to responsible leadership, thoughtful stewardship and continuous progress across all our hotels. It reflects the care we bring to every aspect of our operations and our dedication to shaping a more sustainable future for our guests and our communities.

Our Respect for the Environment pillar emphasises our responsibility to reduce our environmental impact while supporting positive social and economic outcomes.
Sustainability is embedded across every level of the organisation. Steering groups, from the Board of Directors to each hotel department, ensure that sustainability remains central to decision making. This structure is supported by external expert guidance and independently audited certification programmes which help us align with international standards, including the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, the Global Sustainable Tourism Council Criteria, the EU Ecolabel and the Sustainability Hospitality Alliance.
